The Chairman of the Board of Trustees shall maintain an inventory of all church property and equipment with approximate value, and inspect church property annually.
He shall check the adequacy of all types of insurance, and negotiate all insurance contracts, service contracts and policies.
Check all property for fire hazards.
Govern the use of church property and equipment.
Determine and engage adequate custodial or volunteer help, and discuss with custodians the care of buildings, needs and problems in custodial cleaning services.
Carry out all resolutions of Voters' Assembly on purchase, repair, replacement, etc., of physical property.
Enlist members to use their talents to improve and maintain the facilities of the church.
Enlist members to serve on lawn crews and organize work days to maintain the property.
Maintain all lawn equipment, air filters for heating and air conditioning units, and assign responsibilty for ordering cleaning and restroom supplies.
